In his opening monologue Monday night, late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel said Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh should be confirmed as long as there's a compromise first.

 

"Hear me out on this," Kimmel said. "So Kavanaugh gets confirmed to the Supreme Court, OK? Well, in return we get to cut that pesky pen!s of his off in front of everyone." A few members of the audience groaned, so Kimmel added, "No? Thats not good? I thought I had a solution there for a minute."

 

That's the state of late-night comedy these days, folks. Can you imagine Johnny Carson making that joke?

 

Before his hilarious pen!s-lopping joke, Kimmel said President Trump appears to like Kavanaugh more the more women claim his nominee is guilty of sexual misconduct. "Spoken like a man who has people coming out of the woodwork from 30 years ago," Kimmel said.

 

The host also noted that a second woman has claimed sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh. "Only 12 more and he can run for president," he joked. (No, he didn't mean Bill Clinton, he meant Trump.)

 

Kimmel mocked Kavanaugh's appearance on Fox News on Monday night, in which the federal judge said he was a virgin through high school and into college.

 

"Thank you for admitting that," Kimmel said. "He was a virgin until many years after. So if he doesnt get to be on the Supreme Court, maybe he'll be 'The Bachelor.'"
