I'm perfectly accepting of legal non-citizens being on the pathway to citizenship, but until they are "legal citizens", they should not be allowed to vote. We should not allow for a possibility of any party to find a way to ship in people, legally, just to vote, only to send them back to their home country the next day. You're either a legal citizen who can vote, or you can't vote at all.
