  1. This was brought up in the hearing today and Trump's attorneys specifically said: - Obama should not be prosecuted for drone strikes that killed Americans in other countries while he was President. - Biden should not be prosecuted for his handling of the southern border that resulted in the loss of American lives. Because those were official acts while those people were President.
  2. Not sure what you mean. If I buy a TV from Best Buy and then realize it won't fit in the wall mount so I take it back, they credit my CC immediately. It might not show up immediately due to the processing time of banks and what not, but the refund transaction will be immediate. I don't see why airlines can't do similarly once the product that was purchased is no longer available.
  3. Nope, and from what I've heard about this Pecker guy's testimony he says "I think" and "I assume" a lot.

The Beastie Boys were a boy band

Oh, and for any Beastie Boys fans, the two remaining members did a nice documentary a couple years ago. On Apple TV IIRC. Worth a watch.

    Safe Driver Apps

    1) Your discount for being a good driver is baked in to the base rate they quoted you. They know if you have tickets/accidents/etc.... 2) Those apps are crap. GM just got sued for taking the type of data you described that their cars were tracking and selling it directly to the insurance industry. The problem with those apps is they don't have context. Let's say I slam on my brakes to avoid running in to the person in front of me who slammed on their brakes. They could penalize me for that when in actuality I just avoided an accident. I would never voluntarily allow that type of data to be tracked for my vehicles.

  8. Why did Columbia announce remote learning for the rest of the term and why did the President of Columbia say the following regarding the remote learning?:

The Beastie Boys were a boy band

Oh, well if some sound engineer none of us have ever heard of, in an article where the only other example they cite is One Direction, says it it must be true. WTF is wrong with you?

The Beastie Boys were a boy band

You were right about the Beastie Boys, but you're wrong here. I have no idea what Taylor Swift does in concert because I have no desire to see her in concert. But the BANDS that I DO go see sure as hell don't pipe anything in. What type of performers do YOU go see in concert?

    Deadpool & Wolverine

Don't know if that's gonna be any good but I'm gonna see it that's for sure.
  12. Come on man. "The Trevor Project" is one of the most respected, non partisan think tanks in the world with world renowned scientists doing SERIOUS research!!!
  13. You just love making stuff up. Love me or hate me, very few people on this forum will dispute that I form my opinions based on data and I back that sh*t up, just as I did today. I have since the day I joined almost 20 years ago. Then we have you who I have shown to be factually wrong on at least 10 occasions since you started posting here in earnest, which is what 6 months? Remember when you thought Trump's civil case in NY was about Taxes, and accused me of clinging to irrelevant details when I told you you were wrong, and then you had to eat crow? Who had the opinion without the facts in that case? And rinse and repeat over and over again.
