If sproles is playing close to 100 percent then him. If not, I would roll with Ivory. The match up sucks for him, but at least you know he is going to be the one running the rock.

if Ingram is ready to roll . I would then pick Sproles

Dude 2 guys are likely not playing... Sproles is out vs AZ, Ingram might not play and Ivory is good to go.

 

Put Ivory in your spot... then on game day add Ingram if he starts (he is riskier play but think worth the risk). I would try to add Khiry and add the healthy RB for NO game.
