Not counting that middle america is already stable. Housing prices do have to have a ratio to salaries. This is why they still need to fall in the top 10 markets. Its very similiar to why oil had to drop. It lost its ratio to the other commodities like gold.

Where this article is wrong is that it is only focused on big markets. In middle america, the housing is pretty stable. Its only in the big 20 markets that prices will continue to fall. And they have to fall in order to get back to reality.

I think what upsets people is not Obama's race but his liberal politics. Most people I know would not vote for Obama, but would vote for Powell or Rice in a heartbeat.

I do have to disagree with you on #2. Its all to common for unelected quisi-governmental bodies to use Eminent Domain to turn private property over to the hands of private property. It is all done on a handshake and an envelop and may as well be the same thing. That is not what the Constitution intended.
