Last Minute Trade --- Need Help!

Recommended Posts

I have opportunity to make a trade in a keeper league that will allowme to pick up Domanick Davis and a draft pick that would likely give me a shot at Reggie Bush.

I have to trade away Steven Jackson.

Good idea or not? My other RB's are solid... Alexander and McGahee.

I wouldnt do it unless you are 100% sure on Bush. Davis has bum knee and St. Jackson is a young solid keeper. I would probably just stick w/ Jackson myself!

You are giving up alot for this year...how much will DD play this year always/already hurt, McGahee has looked good thus far but has weak line and O, and just a SHOT at Bush. So you will have SA and 2 questionable RB's and MAYBE Bush (we can only speculate on what Bush will do anyways).

SA and S Jax = :) or MAYBE  (depending on the rest of the team

or

SA and the rest = :D or maybe  , could be  in the future but again only a SHOT at Bush

If you lose Bush too you could be bad to boot

I wouldn't trade. But compelling for keepers.

Steven Jackson is a solid young back. The difference between him and Bush in the long run won't be as much as a lot are putting stock in unless New Orleans really gets serious about its offensive line in the draft and FA.

As a Texans fan, DD is all but finished now I'm afraid. His condition is degenerative and unless he feels like becoming accustomed to playing through a lot of pain, his career won't be for that much longer. I don't see the long term gain from Bush to Jackson and that's even if you were guaranteed Bush.
