Any graying Geeks?

Recommended Posts

Or fully gray? Some of you are ancient so obviously the answer is yes.

So recently I noticed more than a few gray hairs popping up on the sides of my head. just the sides and in no specific area or pattern such as the temples. Not looking to join the just for men club so I did some research and came across more than a few sites where people were swearing by wheat grass juice. Obviously for a number of health benefits but one of the common things was reversal of gray hair and/or slowing of the graying process.

So I picked up some of this

Basically take 1 or 2 "shots" each morning. We have those little 8 ounce bottles of water at work so I crack open one of those, take a sip so there is room to add the powder and I toss in a scoop. Cap it and shake. Doesn't taste bad at all, just a little chalky. Been doing it for about a month now and I've noticed some benefits such as increased energy, better shits  , Annnnnnd....... almost no more grays.

Im sure that gluten intolerance non believer dumbass will have a comment on 'placebo' effect. But i feel like disappearing gray hair is tangible evidence.

So I give this my endorsement and suggest any geeks having the same issue give it a try. Maybe even the fully gray old men give it a try too and report back :P

And if you order within the next fifteen minutes, we'll throw in a second jar free! That's two jars for the price of one!

Hahaha, I didn't respond to an infomercial. I did some research and then chose one brand out of many. Bought it at whole foods.

I am getting increasingly gray. I prefer that to the falling out alternative that I have been also dealing with. :dunno:

Give it a try man.

I've been dealing with a little thinning as well (nothing real bad) but this seems to be helpon in that regard too. Just improving the overall health of my hair.

Give it a shot and get whatever brand.

I have shaved my head for the last few years. Once it started to go, that was it.

Though, the times I am lazy and let it go for a week before shaving...or grow the winter beard a little...no grays.

So I got that going for me.

Wheat grass is supposed to have a lot of health benefits. Too expensive for me to justify buying, though.

20 dollars a month? And the container seems to last more than a month

Not graying but I am getting some rather ridiculous shoulder hair as I age. Any of you old timers got a trick for that? I give 'em a shave if I'm going to the beach or something but I'm looking for other solutions

I've seen similar products at whole foods for more than that where I live.

20 bucks isn't bad, you're right.

I've pretty much got a man sweater going on under my shirt. My advice is to enjoy it.

What is wrong with turning grey? You know you have been conditioned to think getting grey is bad so they can sell you all this crap. Next stop, Botox.

I never knew an intelligent person who shaved their head. They are all nice guys and lots of fun but their lives are cluttered with bad choices. That is just my observation.

If you are going bald you're much better off either shaving it altogether or going super short than fighting against it with a combover or whatever.

Yeah...shave them when I shave my head.

Can't grow much hair on the top of my head...but neck, shoulders, some on the back and the crap trying to grow in my ears is focking annoying.

Wheat grass juice isn't sold as a graying solution. It's simply one if the benefits reported by many users.

Just tossing out a tip to anyone interested. It has plenty of other health benefits. Some of you seem to think it's infomercial goods :D

I paid 28 at whole foods but once I determined I liked it, I checked online and it's easily obtainable for 20

Nothing wrong starting to gray in your 40s and being full white in your 50s or 60s, especially if you have a full head of hair.

I'm 28, so when I noticed all these white hairs popping up I decided to see if I could do something about it

I am barely grey at all but when I get a few stray hairs mostly on the sides and in front they are stark white, like albino. I'm married and a dad now so I don't care. The wife says it makes me look distinguished. :)

I have the same, but being single and my age, not really interested in having them... also don't want a routine of putting in my hair to dye them or whatever "just for men" actually is. So I looked for a dietary alternative

Americans spend billions of dollars every year trying to cover up the aging process a fixation that has been placed in their heads by Wall Street.

You have been duped by the very people you despise. Now that is priceless!
