Watched a few YouTube clips. Doesn't catch, not the fastest, a one cut straight downfield runner. Wears the C though. Sign of good character

I took him in a dynasty rookie draft. At ND he was once considered a top rb prospect. He finished the year with 6.9 ypc yet somehow went undrafted. He has good size, good speed, and great agility according to his pro day. He started the 2017 season destroying college teams but tailed off in the 2nd half. He still had some productive games, but they were mixed in with some poor ones

How this guy went undrafted is a mystery. So many lesser prospects were chosen in the draft. He was also found to have a hairline fracture in his foot, which may have been the reason for him looking slower as the season wore on. I think he has a Chace to be the Eagles best back at some point, but how reliable is that for fantasy when they each get 6 carries?

Here is the positive, the Eagles are devoid of talent on offense besides their qbs. Their receivers and rbs are the absolute suck. Maybe he shines enough to get more usage? He only had 13 receptions in 2017, so I'm not sure if he isn't a good receiver, or he just wasn't used

Who else might be in the running for early down work?

They only have Clement and Smallwood. I can't believe how poor the Eagles running backs are. I get using a committee is sometimes smarter and a lot cheaper, but one would think that they would want a little more athletic upside with their rbs. I am going to be frustrated if Adams looks better than all the other rbs, but then Pederson is so hell bent on rbbc that he would rather rotate rbs just because.

Here's a recent tweet about how lacking the Eagles are in talent...

@Eagles I’m in shape, literally ALWAYS open & faster than everyone there, don’t need a contract just access to WiFi.

Hes taking over fir ajahi this week. Big RB from Notre Dame.

He is absolutely doing no such thing. He’s just a depth add for precaution. Clement will get most of the work if Ajayi misses the game which I don’t think he will.

This is where you're absolutely wrong. Clement will have the same roll in the offense,, they will not all-of-a-sudden make him a power back. His touches will probably increase but not his roll. That's not how offenses work. Adams will be used in ajahi's spot

Clement was actually heavier than Adams coming out, more stout too at 4 inches shorter

So are you saying Watson be the starter in Cincy and Gio will just keep his role the same? Pretty much same situation with many parallels, so I want to see where the line is drawn.
