snatchit 108 Posted August 28, 2014 Romo, Tannehill Foster, Rice, CJ1, Moreno, DMAC, Ahmad Bradshaw, Blue, Stewart Dez, AJ Green, E. Sanders, Steve Smith Vernon Davis Pats Its a 12 team PPR with Flex, I know 8 RB's seems excessive but it increases my odds for 2 or 3 to break out. I have 3 WR's that I will never bench and Steve Smith will be a good bye week fill in. If I need to address the WR position at some point, I will have a RB to deal. polecatt 399 Posted August 29, 2014 Not bad at all. You have a good RB by committee going there. Don't know that any of them will be top notch but you should be able to find 2 solid starters and even a flex most every week. Of course Dez and AJ are fantastic but not a lot of depth. Your QB situation scares me a little though. Romo will be fine if healthy but that's a little risky. Tannehill has potential but I'm not sure he is to the point I would want to rely on him as a regular starter. I would keep an eye out on the waiver wire and see if you can't find a break out QB or something.
Sean McDermott 2 Posted August 29, 2014 Your WR situation for week 4 is a problem. Green and Sanders are on bye that week. Your RB core is not very good at all. You are going to get killed there every week unless Foster somehow stays healthy. Rice is a huge question mark and will split with Pierce. CJ0K stinks and the rest are backups that suck too. I wouldn't have gone WR WR even if it is PPR, there is so much more depth at WR and none at RB, should have gotten at least 1 RB with your first two picks. Lake209 34 Posted August 29, 2014 For the most part, I'm w/Sean on this. Romo should be fine, if not excellent, barring injury. You are solid at WR...but will struggle if Dez goes down. You took tremendous gambles (x2 or more) at RB, namely, with Foster & Rice. You must hope Rice does not platoon w/Pierce down the stretch. If (if) Foster is ONLY out 2 games this year = worth the risk w/your early WR picks. If not, you had better hope for injuries to get your other backs into positions whereupon they'll get more than 8-12 touches per game. Unsolicited advice: Get J. Grimes to back up Foster...not A. Blue.
