Watson/Rhodes for DallasClark/Gore

I was offered Watson and Rhodes for Dallas Clark and Gore, do I take it?

 

 

My Roster Start 1 QB, 2RB, 3 WR, 1 TE

QB: McNabb, Warner

RB: SJax, Dillon, Thomas Jones, Gore

WR: Holt, Ward, Driver, Wilford

TE: Dallas Clark, Ben Troupe

I wouldn't take that trade....Clark is a good TE with Manning throwing to him and now that Barlow has gone to NY Gore is the starter in SF...Rhodes could do well but most likely is splitting carries with Addai....who may become the new starter...I would keep your lineup Gore is the starter and personally I don't think Rhodes will win it in Indy and Gore is projected to be a great sleeper.

There is not enough upside from Clark to Watson and a huge gap between Gore and Rhodes. Well, maybe not huge...but Gore is going to be the sole starter in SF and the best that Rhodes can hope for is a RBBC. I'd liken this to taking about half a step forward with Watson, then falling 3 steps back with Rhodes. Net loss.

I agree, Gore has much more potential than Rhodes. Also, Rhodes is a bit injury prone. I do not think Gore will get injured, he has good durability.

Stick with Gore. Rhodes may not even start if Addai takes over.
