Bojangles56 13 Posted December 25, 2016 He's just ineffective and has been pretty much all year except vs Cleveland

TennisMenace 156 Posted December 25, 2016 My opponent had him, so I guess he feels about as well as I felt when I saw my RB, Ty Monty only get me 4+ points.
jimaveli 119 Posted December 25, 2016 At some point, we have to accept that Hill's rookie year was one-time magic trick of situational excellence mixed with a low price tag. I don't hate his talent but it seems like he needs a better situation than what Cincy currently has. Besides that, he seems to be forever nicked up if not flat out hurt. I took Gore over him last year with a straight face. I turned around and took Gordon over him this past August. As an old Tiger it hurt a little but I think I can pass on him again unless he drops to Crowellish levels.

I drafted him in the 2nd that following year thinking I had a stud. I think Rawls is going to be the same one year wonder when people look back. Sometimes these guys that run ultra hot just always get nicked and then play at 80 percent.
ralphster 274 Posted December 25, 2016 Rawls might be steve slaton. Hill still has a chance
jimaveli 119 Posted December 26, 2016 Watching Rawls makes you wonder how he makes it through any game without getting hurt. I'm terrified of him and can't see ever paying full price for him.
weepaws 2,452 Posted December 26, 2016 Really surprised how bad he looks. I know the Seahawks have Oline problems but he does look awful.
jimaveli 119 Posted December 26, 2016 Man...having to break 2 tackles to get to the line of scrimmage is bull. It's hard to look good under those terms. Only a few can pull that off. And even then, the stats may not show it (Melvin Gordon for a while). And a guy like Lamar Miller is operating on a different planet in Houston compared to some of the freeways he was rolling on with the Dolphins. And we see how Jay basically got unlocked when the MIA line has been right this year. Aka oline is a huge deal for offenses as a whole and rbs fo sho. weepaws 2,452 Posted December 26, 2016 Agree his Oline is horrible. But he can't even seem able to break any tackles. From what I see he's either not healthy or not as good as I thought he was after watching him last season. I don't know a lot about A Collins , and chance he takes over next season ? shredhead 21 Posted December 27, 2016 Took Gio in the mid rounds last season only to watch Hill get all the fantasy points, so I thought I was smart to take Hill this year and he rode the pine all season except for the final 2 games. Thank God I won my championship despite Jeremy Hill (although he had a stellar game for me in the semi's) I won't draft Gio or Hill next season no matter what.
Marshall 98 Posted December 31, 2016 I don't know a lot about A Collins , any chance he takes over next season ? I can't see it. He has failed to impress all season - and has always been the RB of last resort for the Hawks this year, having been a healthy scratch on numerous occasions. I know that stonewall and others regard him quite highly, so I'm guessing that somehow Seattle just isn't a good fit for him - or maybe he requires the presence of a good O-line to flourish. Edited to add another's analysis of Collins: http://www.fieldgulls.com/2016/12/31/14097984/alex-collins-seahawks-thomas-rawls-running-back-split-cj-prosise-49ers-playoffs
weepaws 2,452 Posted December 31, 2016 Thanks for the reply. Right now in ppr leagues i like Prosise more then either Collins or Rawls.

Djgb13 2,338 Posted January 4, 2017 He hurt me during my FF championship game. Ended up still winning even though I was down by 9 with only Ebron to go while my opponent had Prater and Detroit defense. Ended up winning by 8. Was sure Hill sh1tting the bed was going to cost me the championship
