Most Popular Music Artist In Your State?

Recommended Posts

We just buried Aretha. The best answer is Madonna even though shes more California now. That shes from Michigan is just trivia, theres no Michigan in her now. Maybe Eminem, hes always held us close, but since I loath rap, I have trouble going there. Kid Rock could work as could Stevie Wonder.

Panic! at the Disco. :dunno: I've heard the name, but don't know any songs.

Theyre more of an Emo Pop type of band

Its buzzfeed. Dont trust ANYTHING coming from them cause the my are full of sh1t

Its actually Spotify, based on what people listen to the most on Spotify I presume. The Spotify link was blocked at work, so I found a Buzzfeed link. Dont let that stop your fake outrage though. Keep on keeping on, digby.

I didnt even look at the article. I just saw buzzfeed and immediately thought *well this article is BS*. From the sounds of it from people here I was right.

Bro I am FAR from the know it all. I admit that and have even told people before that sorry I was wrong about things. You seem to be getting your panties in a twist over nothing for some reason. Im not even blaming you or attacking you. Im just saying its Buzzfeed and they typically put out BS articles that dont hold hardly any truth. I just looked up South Carolinas artist and have never heard of that guy before. And I keep up with all the current music but I can guarantee that the article is wrong about it. Whoever is playing that guy must be a close group of people over and over cause not even my nieces, nephews, or younger cousins have heard of Mike Smith

Edit: just looked on Spotify. The dude has like literally 1 dam song called Beautiful Day that has been remixed 3-4 times and another song called Youre My Kind of Beautiful. And they both suck. So yea. Im callin it. The article is BS

Never heard of them. either, but isn't spotify what people use to identify what song they are hearing? (old person talking here)

So I went on youtube to see how many views this band has, and no focking way are they even remotely a popular band in our state...yet

OK...so I watched their vid with the most views and I am impressed that it's just straight rap without the auto tune in heavy play.

Kinda seems like they want the 90s rap back in play. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Spotify is like Pandora and iTunes combined. You can stream albums or create and share playlists, and it you pay, you can download and play stuff offline.

No thats Shazam. That being said, anything you Shazam if you have a Spotify account then you get a Shazam playlist that adds any song to it you looked up with Shazam.
