Congrats to Pat for the win. As strange as it sounds at 12-2, I didn't feel as great about my team as I have in the past. Maybe it was that my WRs never seemed right. Or maybe it was just a sense that the odds were going to catch up to me and a bad week was due to hit.

 

All that being said, I was really rooting for results last weekend that would have left me playing Gary. Not because Gary wasn't capable of a big week, but because Pat clearly had the team I wanted to avoid. And my obvious instincts were right. But congrats to 4th and Dingalings for being worthy of taking me down. I salute you Gladiator.

 

Now I'm going to curl back up in bed and continue vomiting into this bucket. I imagine I'll pull myself together in a few days, and come September I'll be ready to fight...maybe. This one hurts. The chances at a 3peat are so rare.... Ugh.

I'm so stupid that even going into last nights game needing Ingram to outscore Graham and Forte by 30, I was thinking "well, if the Saints get up big early they'll stop passing....and the Bears won't want to risk Forte really. It's a long shot, but I could see it being close at the end...."
