Just need some flex help here... Roy Helu (with his injury and average match up?), Mike Tolbert (tough match up in DET), or Nate Washington who has been hit or miss for the last 8 weeks? If it makes any difference, I am a slight underdog in my Championship match - he's already had Arian Foster play. Thanks for your help!

tough call, will be close either way... I'd prolly lean towards Felix just because his match up is better (I believe TB has given up the most fantasy points to opposing RB's this year).

I'm not sold on CJ yet, I'd prolly go with Gore/Forte (both good matchups). Forte at home as been great this year and they will be leaning on him with Cutler out.

I'm torn... Helu I'm definitely leaning towards as much as I don't like to trust Shanahan. Benson has a very tough match up @Pit and he's nursing a foot injury so who knows if that will effect him. Tolbert hasn't had a good game since he was the starting RB against Green Bay. gotta for sure start Cruz, he's averaging over 15 PPG over his last 5 games, and he's going up against GB's defense who allow a lot of pass yards and TD's.
