Who blew up on your bench?

Eli Manning (outscored Russell Wilson by 20) and Joique Bell (who outscored Wilson, Gore, amd Chris Johnson who I all started)

    Bryant

I am in a 12 team PPR where I was the 4th pick. I got Dez near the end of the 4th round. Surprised he dropped that far.

which pro team has the "worst" fans?

It is idiotic to have this premise that you have to be from a place to root for a specific team!!! There are only 32 teams. If you are from Alaska, who the hell are you suppose to support? I was born in '73 in Charleston, SC. At the age of 4 1/2, I saw a Steeler/Browns game and decided I liked the Steelers. Was I suppose to dump them when the Carolina Panthers came riding in during the mid- 90s? To me, that would be a fake fan. And no one takes into account that fans like myself support the team even during the lean years (Walter Ambercrombie???, Mark Malone??? Bubby Brister anyone????). Whether I'm from Pittsburgh or Mars, I'm a diehard Steeler fan through and through.
  4. Ahhh....you do realize that Obama was elected largely due to white support and not blakcs?? If you want to lay blame on him being elected, look no further than your own white bretheren.

    Who's 4-0

PPR league 12 teams drafted at the 3 spot QB Eli Manning RB Brian Westbrook RB Lendale White WR Larry Fitzgerald WR T.J. Houshmanzadeh WR/TE Jason Witten Def Philadelphia Eagles SPT Green Bay
  6. Great point. The minority rule exist also because I believe some owners (not all) are stuck in a "good ole boy" mentality. They'll rehire inept coaches before giving a qualified minority a chance to interview. Observe: Norv Turner 62-86 (Washington, Oakland and SD) Joe Bugel (Arizona and Oakland) 24-56 Dom Capers (Carolina and Houston) 48-80 Bruce Coslet (Jets and Bengals) 47-77 Marion Campbell (Atlanta, Philly and back to Atlanta!!) 34-80 On the flip side: Ray Rhodes (PHI and GB) 37-42-1 3 of his 5 seasons he was .500 or better Tony Dungy (Indy and TB) 121-63 Only 1 losing season ever (his first in TB) Denny Green (Minny and Ariz) 113-94 Art Shell (Oak) 56-52 Marvin Lewis (Cin) 37-35
  7. By far, the most intelligent post of this entire thread.
  8. I'm sorry but your little kid playing a game analogy totally missed the boat. The rule is put in place so that minorites have the opportunity to INTERVIEW. It doesn't guarantee that they get the job; it only guarantees an opportunity to interview. The situation is more like a little kid getting the opportunity just to PLAY the game...win or lose. It's not the result of the game but the chance to play in it. In the not so distant past, minorites were not included at all in the interview process regardless of their qualifications. This rule gives qualified minorities the OPPORTUNITY, win or lose the job, to interview. That's all any minorities have ever wanted.

    Who is yours?

    Definitely Gonzalez with the Colts.
  10. I'll say Donald Driver (kinda down so far this season). He's rarely mentioned when referring to the best wideouts. You'l here Harrison, CJ,Owens, Holt, Moss, etc. as the top guys. He deserves to me mentioned with those guys.

    The better start this week?

Fitzgerald and Edge are not what I would consider a "ton" of weapons (Boldin probably won't go).

#1 Fantasy Running Back next year.

I like your 5, but I would have LT, Jackson and Addai making up the top3. Brown and Petersen haven't done enough YET to be top 3.

    Ronnie Brown Trade?

If you can get Gore/Wayne....by all means go for it. Otherwise, stay with Brown. The way the majority of RBs are playing this season; it is unlikely someone will give you a better back.
  14. The X factor is Reggie Brown. If he does something, it could be a huge move for you.
