unckeyherb 2 Posted August 17, 2006 So I made a trade late last year giving Holt for a 1st round pick. I just pulled a trade off giving Julius Jones for a second round pick. It is a 12-team 2 person keeper. I am keeping Chester Taylor and Mcgahee. I am assuming that these guys will be gone: RBS: Edge, Lamont, Jamal, Kevin Jones, Dillon, Rudi, Portis, McGahee, Julius, , Parker LJ, , Caddilac, LT, SA, S Jax, Westbrook, Tiki, Ronnie, Chester Taylor WR: L Fitz, Holt, Wayne OTHER: Manning, Gates I have overall picks #6, #8, #19, #22. I think I should be set up pretty well. My question is what should I target? I will almost definitely go after a stud WR with my first pick, possibly my second. But with two second round picks should I go WR, RB, WR, WR figuring on getting a guy like Addai, Domanick Davis, Reggie Bush, Tatum Bell, Duece or Deshaun Foster with my second pick and then two servicable WR's in the second round. Let me know what you think. I'll answer yours
FBH ** 0 Posted August 18, 2006 If you have a quality RB on the board with your first pick TAKE HIM, you have a solid RB2(Mcgahee) and another potential RB2(Taylor) but no bonafide RB1. That has to be the primary concern. There is a lot of depth at the WR position this year, be patient with those picks.
