Is Damien Williams a MUST start tonight?

I have the same question. If the matchup wasnt so good for white vs Steelers I would be saying Williams for sure. But Steelers do awful vs pass catching backs and in the Flats it should be the white and Edelman show as Steelers constantly use LBs to cover slot WRs a la Keenan Allen two weeks ago who went off vs them.

Who are you guys starting Williams over?

Me....its between him and White but leaning towards Williams

This is a great topic. I can see several people wondering if they should sit a usual starter for Williams this week. The following rbs might be in this equation. Waiting to find out the availability of Ware and even James Conner will help make some hard choices.

Like Samuels or Williams? Very interesting lineup choices.

 

Chris Carson

Jaylen Samuels

Mark Ingram

James White

Lamar Miller

Sony Michel

Tarik Cohen

Derrick Henry

Doug Martin

Marlon Mack

Jeff Wilson

So do I. For at least one night, he's a feature RB in a high-powered offense.

 

Williams is a good runner, and he's also very effective in the passing game. I'd expect around 90 total yards and a TD in a high-scoring affair.

I have Ware, Williams, and Jackson...

 

We start 2RB and a flex, I only have T Hill and JuJu on roster so they will be my WRS but I need a flex.

 

Playing Mixon for sure. So I am choosing between the above 3 and Ingram for 2 spots.

 

If Gordon is out I am playing Jackson for sure, and picking between Williams and Ingram. If Gordon is in I am playing Williams and Ingram. If Ware plays I have no clue what I will do...lol

Ware isn't playing and it looks more and more like Gordon will be out.

 

I have both Jackson AND williams and I am starting both (provided Gordon is out). Then my choice is between D.J. Moore and Mark Ingram in the flex. Leaning Ingram at the moment.

 

If miraculously Gordon does play, then I'm playing Williams and Ingram and starting DJ Moore.

I also have both Williams and Jackson and am playing both regardless of Gordon... However I am fairly sure Gordon won't go

 

Can't take a chance to miss on another game like the Chiefs/RAMS

If you're not going to start Damien Williams with Ware out why did you bother picking him up? His situation isn't going to be any better, outside of playing against Atl or something.

Will some one needs to spill Williams from time to time.

 

I’m still going to play Williams.

 

He’s a much better player then the West.

I think it’s a real possibility that West gets at lest that many touches.

 

KC knows him and they know he’s good in space.

 

So that would make Jackson now the better option of the two.

 

Man isn’t this jus the way ff should be come playoff time.

He could also come in and pull a hammy after not playing ina single game all season nor being on a team until last week. Then its all Damien Williams. Who was joe mixon at Oklahoma before joe mixon

Would you start Williams over White. Jeff Wilson or Elijah Mcguire (crowell out)? I hate thursday games!!

 

Definitely Williams over White. If Breida sits, then Wilson, otherwise McGuire.

So, if it's a Chiefs RB first start under Reid ya better start em. He'll get you 3 TD's!!

 

If you had Mike Williams for the Williams and Williams stack, you did alright too!

With Gordon & Kerryon out I picked up and started Damien Williams last night.

 

He turned out to be the fantasy equivalent of finding a golden ticket in a wonka bar.
