He was a hardcore drug addict on top of everything else. He had to go to Europe for treatment. In quotes. F***** missed so much time on the bench, but even then would rule on cases where he wasn't anywhere near any of the oral arguments. And above all that? he refuse to retire. Some of you guys probably love that site. It's where he learned how to mask and spoof IP addresses. And seriously, check out his background. F***** has very little education.
