Very Interesting Offer, Please Help!

I am in a 12 person league. I am drafting 2nd in a serpintine draft. I have been offered, (by the person picking 4th), his 2nd and 3rd round draft pick for my first round (2nd overall) pick. That would leave me with no 1st round pick but with 2 2nd and 3rd round picks. This would mean that in my draft I would have the 21st, 23rd, 26th and 28th overall picks. Here are some of the points for my league.

 

1pt per rec, 25yd pass, 10yd rush/rec

6pt per TD

-2 INT

Also, it is an IDP league starting 3 defensive players, but I don't think they factor into this situation. Please, Please let me know what you think of this. I am at a loss because I would be giving up LT2 or LJ if I gave away my first round pick, but I would be able to get some serious depth. Please let me know what you think.
