Brate and Winston majic

Recommended Posts

Its funny how all the experts have been saying drop Brate all week.... dont they know his production went down when Winston went down ? Now Winstons back ? Sometimes I wonder if most of them have a brain

Listening to Fabs this past week... You must drop Brate, he is an after thought. Not even considering that his production went down when Winston did. I wonder if some of these guys even watch football

If you throw enough crap at the wall, something is bound to stick.

Winston "Eat a W" might bump him a little bit, but he is also just as likely to be unstartable next week.

Very risky fantasy playoff TE.

With Ertz possibly out, Newton going against the Vikings and both Winston and Brate available, I may try and dial up this "majic" next week when they get the Lions at home.

Brate is a really good TE. If Winston is playing, you start Brate with confidence. There's no "throwing crap at the wall", they have a great chemistry.

Yep. Dropped Brate for Olsen. Ended up picking Brate back up since Winston was back. Now Evans.....

Stinkston is too dumb & too slow to look around. He goes right to Brate. Brate is $ with Stinkston.

of course they dont. Most of them look at the stat line and do a writeup.

If you want great analysis, for the most part you do it yourself. There are a handful of websites where you can get some good information that goes beyond the stats (fftoday is one of them) but there is no substitute for watching the game yourself and then looking at the comments and then ask yourself if those comments reflected what you actually watched.

if a TE gets only 4 targets, but normally gets 7, and you look at the QB and see he threw 20 passes but normally throws 30. Then you see the comment that they are phasing him out of the offense you have to wonder...... his target percentage dropped from 23% to 20% of all thrown passes, so are they phasing him out? or did they just run less pass plays?

sometimes those comments just reflect the stupidity of the poster and not real life.
