I thought about your coon as yesterday. We went to Pizza Hut for dinner (it's amazing the sh!tty places you will gladly eat in a foreign country).

Their special this month? Crawfish. Crawfish pizza, crawfish pasta, etc.

I passed. Either it's real crawfish that has been frozen and flown from your neck of the woods (which will be ass) or it will be from some mercury and sewage laden Chinese creek (poisonous ass).

Was it just a regular pizza with crawfish, or did they do something to it?

They have all kinds of weird sh!t on pizza. I can't read the menu, but it appeared to be a normal pizza with crawfish. Some sort of weird sauce (maybe roumellade?) and it has something green drizzled over it. Maybe wasabi, who knows.

They love seafood pizza here. Basically a cheese pizza with shrimp, clams, squid, etc. none of it shelled of course. That would be silly.

Yeah. In high school (30 yrs ago), there was a place that would offer clams and/or shrimp with either red or white sauce. Still like them

Funny you say that. Frozen catfish and now frozen crawfish are and have been flooding the market here and in many southern states. Vietnamese shrimp are the worst.

I guarantee the shrimp and catfish you are eating are from Vietnamese fisheries. What you are eating is not Gulf. What half of America is eating isn't Gulf. Sad

I hear frozen fish from Chinese fish farms if flooding America too. I'd be real careful feeding that to my kids. I'd be checking the label on those fish sticks real carefully.

I love my new city. It's clean and pretty and civilized and Hong Kong is right next door, which is my favorite city on earth.

One thing I hate is this province's cuisine is very seafood heavy, and I don't eat seafood in china. Not unless I am in a real nice restaurant anyway.

First night I am home and recovered from jet lag, I am going to landrys seafood in downtown Memphis, and tearing some seafood up.

Snuck in 18 holes after work. Got home late, wife wasn't happy.

Drank a beer and crushed a ham, colby jack and brown mustard sammich on 1 day after expiration hotdog bun. Some BBQ chips on da side

It was amazing.

And viral hepatitis has been following the foreign seafood.

Went grocery shopping tonight finally. Loaded upon fresh fruit and proteins (hamburger patties, sausage, chicken breasts, deli meat eggs, cheese)

I could tell my body needed it. Just too damn many processed carbs in my life. They're quick and easy, but Gdamn.

Wrapped apple slices with provolone and deli meat. A few with PB for desert. Feel better now.

Had a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which is rare. If I do eat breakfast it's usually something small like a yogurt or milk or something.

If I ate this I would have to been sitting on the crapper to have a chance of not shiitting my pants.

Well, at least you balanced them with processed meat and saturated fat.

Just had leftover ribs (+ squash and sweet slaw) for the 92734091th time since the 4th. Also had a ton of sushi last night out with my wife and daughter. Not good going into a vacation with fat relatives who eat crap most of the time. :(

Oh... going on a family vacation to the Outer Banks of NC. Rented a big (almost on the) beach house with my inlaws and wife's brothers family. None of us has been there I don't think, but my FIL doesn't like when it is too too hot (so they live in Vero Beach, LOL) so we picked somewhere a little north.

Celebrate my 50th and my MIL's 80th while we are there. Both of our b-days are on the 26th (trip is 14-22nd) but close enough and these dates worked for everyone.

outstanding! enjoy.

As usual I was mostly thinking of myself; we also have my two daughters birfdays on the 14th and 31st which we'll celebrate as well.

Also one of my nephews turns 20 on the 23rd. His birth was 3 days early from us having a 20, 50, and 80 over 3 generations on the exact same day. Unfortunately he won't be there as my BIL's family paid for him to spend the summer "studying" in England even though he is going to be a junior in college and he hasn't figured out WTF he is majoring in yet. Actually I think the latest change is to Business; if he changes from that, I have no hope. OK, I'm being harsh, he is a good kid just trying to figure out his path in life. :D But I wouldn't pay for my kids to go to Europe in that situation. :dunno:

MIL Can Size.

Hmm... pretty big back in the day. I'm grateful that my wife inherited them (34D or 32DD, depends on the product).

For MIL, I'll guess men's large tube sock.
