CNN writes up that 37 electors need to defect from their promise to vote for Trump and go vote for Hillary. People are hoping, mainly democrats and liberals, that it will lead to the dissolution of the electoral college. In California someone showed where 83 ballots in different names were mailed to 1 apartment.
