Has anyone here ever done a slow/e-mail type draft? We have people in our league that work so many different schedules that it is hard to get together to draft. We do not want to do away with the league, and we are looking for ways to still draft. Any info or suggestions?? Thanks...

I was thinking of offering Calvin Johnson for Andre Johnson. I am not a big believer in the Lions. I have heard that Kitna is banged up, and I don't trust the other QBs in DET to get CJ the ball. On the other hand, AJ has not had the best season so far either, but his schedule is pretty good in the coming weeks. Will I be stupid to offer this trade?? BTW the rest of my team is in my sig.........

If Steven Jackson decides to hold out a while in St. Louis, who will be the starter for the Rams? I went to their website, and it says Antonio Pittman is the backup halfback, and Brian Leonard is the Fullback. However, didn't Leonard take over that role last year when S Jax was hurt? BTW...went to Titans training camp yesterday, and they practiced with the Rams. It seemed that both Leonard and Pittman were alternating first team reps........

No we draft in a couple of weeks. My sig is from last years team, as you can see I was not great at RB, that is why I kept the two WRs. I felt like I could grab any of those backs in the 2nd or 3rd round of my draft this year.

I need some opinions. I have the 5th pick in our upcoming draft. It is a 2 keeper league and I kept Steve Smith (CAR), and TJ Housh from last year. I know I need a RB in a bad way, but the pickings are not real good. Most of the good RBs were kept. Portis and McGahee are out there, but I figure they will both be gone by the time it gets to me. So...here is what is left: Maroney, Bush, Turner, T Jones, Lendale, Jacobs, Parker, McFadden, S Young, and few others, but you get the point........ I am totally confused on who to take. I have even considered taking ANOTHER WR, (Edwards or A Johnson should be there), and taking a couple of t he lesser backs with my 2nd and 3rd picks. Any suggestions?? Leave a link, and I will try to help yours.......... BTW... Pretty much standard scoring....1 pt 10 yds rec/rush .2 per rec 6pts per passing TD 1 pt 25 yds pass Thanks
