    7th pick

I'm drafting 6th tonight. Was back and forth between Adams and Jones. Going Jones, but I would go Adams @ 7 if those first 6 RBs are off the board (especially in full PPR). You could still snag a low Rb-1/high-rb 2 in the 2nd and Adams will help you make up the point differential.
  2. Thanks guys, been thinking on this one an running some mocks and I agree. Hogan can be a legit WR1 for the first 4 games while Edelman is out and a solid WR1/2 for the remainder of the season, good value for an 8th rnd pick. Appreciate the insight.
  3. I'm in a 12-team, PPR keeper league that allows us to carry over two players at a cost of the round they were selected in 2017 (or sacrifice a 12th round pick if acquired as an un-drafted FA). Standard roster setup . . . 1 QB & a flex. I'm picking 11th. My first keeper is JuJu who will cost me a 12th round pick. The second keeper I'm considering is either Chris Hogan for an 8th round pick or Tarik Cohen for an 11th round pick. Both well below their current ADP but highly debatable which one carries more value at that spot. For context, the only 1st round talent that is being kept this year by another team is Alvin Kamara - so a lot of players are available. So - if you had the 11th pick in this draft, would you keep Hogan or Cohen? Thanks!
  4. I'm in a 12 team ppr keeper (can keep two players). Strong league, 12 years running - all owners are pretty smart drafters. I have the #2 pick and am keeping Devonta Freeman as my 3rd rd and Baldwin as a 10th. The owner drafting 8th just offered me his 1st & 2nd rnd pick (1.08 & 2.05) for my 1.02. If I made the trade I'd have 1.08, 2.05, 2.11. At first I blew it off not wanting to walk away from Bell, but now I'm starting to think about the potential. What do you guys think? Is Bell > than 1.08 + 2.05?
  5. Great insight - I'm leaning towards Gronk at the moment, waiting to see if any news comes out of camp during the net couple days.
  6. This is a PPR Keeper league, standard starting line-up (QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, Flex (RB/WR) . . ) Here's the situation: I can keep Gronk for a 4th round pick or Cameron for an 11th round pick. Everyone knows the issues around Gronk and Cameron's QB play, so no need to elaborate. I'm already keeping Gio for a 6th, just for context. I currently have Cameron tagged as my keeper, but Gronk is always enticing - regardless of the latest trade. So who's the better value > Gronk in the 4th or Cameron in the 11th? Thanks!!

    WR Upside?

I'm trying to figure out if any FA WRs in my league would provide better depth on my bench then my current roster - I used my top WW status this week to nab Edelman, so if I'll lose my advantage to grab available talent after Sunday. The league is 12-team PPR. I'm starting Dez & Colston and Edelmen at flex. I have Chris Givens and D. Hopkins on the bench. I think Givens just had a bad week, but I'm trying to decide if Andre Roberts has better long term value for the season than Hopkins (Stills, Royal, and V. Brown are also available). Would you drop Hopkins for Roberts at this point? or is it too soon to make a call on either. Thanks! Appreciate the insight.
  8. Could use some group insight on draft strategy, I'm a little in the weeds trying to figure this out . Background: It's a 12-team, ppr keeper league (in its 6th year, very competitive). Each team has the option of keeping 2 players taken after the 3rd round from last year's draft (sacrificing the round you picked them in). Scenario: I have the 12th pick, snake draft. I'm keeping Dez Bryant (4th round) and maybe Colston (5th round). Keeper RBs already off the board >> Spiller, T.Rich, Ridley, Alfred Morris, David Wilson, Andre Brown. Here's my question - Would you go RB/RB in the first round with Dez/Colston - Or - would you go RB/WR and set up an AJ Green/Dez scenario and take a risk on the RB you would get with the last pick in `round 3? Thanks!

    Santana Moss

I was never big fan of Moss, but he always manages to put up decent numbers. 70 catches last year in PPR is not bad for a WR3, though he hit the end zone only 3 times. I usually pass him up, but I've got belief that he and McNabb will connect this year if both parties stay healthy. I picked him up in the 8th.

Where the hell is Randy Moss?

FU Moss. Now my playoff hopes rest on Alex Smith dropping 31 points, which is as likely as a 1 legged man winning an ass kicking contest. All I needed was a pedestrian 15 point from you to almost lock me a victory and you turn into a lazy, scrubby looking failure. F U, you owe me 2K in forfeited winnings.
  11. 1 catch - 16 yards and a fumble. What is going on? No way he should have nil and Welker has 9 for 90. Don't F me Moss.

    Ray Rice in OT

Ok - int. They have to give him a couple touches now.

    Ray Rice in OT

Yeah, that 1pt will definitely help. I can't believe they just went 3 and out without him touching the ball, especially on 2nd & 10. Pray for Bal defense.

    Matt Ryan hurt?

Matt Ryan always finds a way to screw me. Traded for Ben, he's hurt so forced to start Ryan in his place (over A.Smith). Hopefully he'll return at the half.

SJax for Calvin and Jonathan Stewart?

I think you go for it - You've got two stud RBs and Stewart is a great backup/option to have as seen this past week. Megatron could make a good end of season run as the Lions start to go big for some wins or spoiler games. I don't think it will hurt you. SJax only did really good because the rams found a passing game. I don't think that will happen too often. See mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=357265
