Was a really good film. Followed the book pretty good and laid the characters out nicely.

Focking clown was creepy as fock. Great job on making him scary.

I heard if you didnt listen to the hype. It was a great movie.

Almost a coming of age flick as well.

How bad was the movie? My daughter wants to see it. I thought of taking her but am worried over the R rating.

Reading the reviews everyone said it was amazing. Even Stephen King claimed "he was surprised at just how good it was".

Has anyone else read the novel? Was it good? Have been curious about it with all the movie hype.

I read it. Took me all summer one summer. It was good but I kept finding that I had to go back a few chapters and re-read them at times. Lots of detail but king paints a good picture of an aging New England town and all it's inner workings.

I was hesitant to answer the question-,I read it but not entirely sure I finished it. As the post above it took me a long long time to read and I too kept getting confused who was who and had to go back and follow up.

I do remember liking it as Classic King writing.

At that point I already read

The Shining

Cujo

The Gunslinger

The Stand

The Dead Zone

It was right up there with best.

Novel was great. About the only book that ever actually made me scared.

How old is she? It would probably be terrifying if she's not a teenager.

I read the novel and it followed pretty closely.

14. I just don't wanna be strolling in with my daughter if there's a bunch of clown sex scenes with kids. I assume the R rating is gore?

A friend of mine compared it, writing wise, to The Talisman. Very long intricate. One of the longest books I ever read.

Funny what others say about the book; I tried to read it in college and finally gave up because I found it too confusing to follow with the small snippets of time I had to read; perhaps if I had larger time chunks I could have kept up.

My older daughter is home from college tonight and she likes scary movies; we talked about It in fact. I'm thinking of checking this out with her as a bonding experience.

I used to fawk this chick (39d) in college who owned her own sex toy bidness. Tipper ware for horny milfs who wanted an excuse to put a huge black d!ldo betweeyn their thighs and prize. .

Got her fawking wasted on Coke and vodka one night. I won a Boozo The Clown pen dispenser at a rodeo. Whilst going down on her the next morning, when she looked over her fat rolls, she sees Bozos The Clown. I was munching but she saw the clown.

Freaked out. I was pleased.

Isn't only half the story ?

I thought I remember reading it was broken down into two parts.

I could be wrong.

Can't be nearly as scary as when John Wayne Gacy was dressed up as a clown.
