You ever play on Bermuda grass man? First cut of rough you have to pretty much step on your ball to find it. Sinks way down in there and is tough to catch it clean.

Just played a Bermuda course: The Rookery at Fiddler's Creek. Overpriced ($210) for one thing. That Bermuda is a biatch. Shot 84; felt like 94.

 

Still won $140.

2 rules off the top of my head we let slide:

 

* The one ball rule... Def have to finish out the hole with ball you started, but can switch out during the round.

* 14 club rule - if testing one out, can carry a 15th stick.

Agreed. We roll it in the fairway too. Down everywhere else. By damn if Im hitting off a root or rock. I dont get paid to golf, Im not focking up a club or breaking a wrist. We allow moving back off that too.
