Kopy 491 Posted February 9, 2018 We are all here because we're fan boys, and fantasy football junkies. What do you guy's do in the offseason? Follow other sports. Skip sports and have hobbies. Work more. Vacation. Obsess over every miscellaneous tidbit of info from your favorite team. Hit the geek board? What say you. How will you pass the time until August. Hardcore troubadour 12,631 Posted February 9, 2018 The NFL off season used to be a killer. Not so bad anymore. Ill get into FA the first few days, the draft for the week leading up to it and a day or two after. Just don't love the leauge like I used to. I don't wish my summers away anymore. thePRO 78 Posted February 9, 2018 I record every game starting from week 1 to the Super Bowl. And I re-watch the entire season include TNF and MNF. Just kidding. Thought about it. February is pretty boring. Then I get into March Madness. Then NBA playoffs. I game on my summers off and enjoy family. Not too bad. My father had an interesting concept of off-season FF where you use the previous year's results and re-draft. But there was a limit on how long you could keep players before they went back into the waiver pool. There was plenty of strategy and planning, was kind of cool. Too much work for me to play in the off-season though. He'll never let me live that one down. The concept was unique and interesting.

weepaws 2,459 Posted February 9, 2018 The end of the season also comes when the weather starts too warm up, so that gives me more chances to spread the Gospel. And I also start looking at next season. And this season we have a 6 mo grand son , this off season will be awsome. Great question, thanks.

Smileseers 54 Posted February 10, 2018 More yard work and camping. I pay attention almost everyday year round to the NFL and I believe that give me a slight edge versus my opponents. My FFToday T-shirt is a year old so I'd like to win another one in the NFL draft contest Mike gives winners.

Loaded Box 5 Posted February 11, 2018 Man, I've spent the last two days starting my way too early 2018 fantasy football rankings. I usually start with fantasy rankings after the NFL Draft, but decided to switch it up this year and just make changes along the way

SpenceToons 70 Posted February 12, 2018 Out-of-state family brought the BGA site (www.boardgamearena.com) to my attention at Christmas time, and I've been dabbling in it pretty hard since the Conference Championships. There are some interesting games over there although some come with significant learning curves, which I'd never take the time to climb during the season. A game like Puerto Rico can involve some number crunching to determine which among several alternative paths is optimal....an endeavor with which we're pretty familiar as FFers.
