Loaded Box 5 Posted December 17, 2016 I'd actually lean the other way one this one and go with Kelley. Hill is always a gamble when he's not playing against Cleveland, and the Steelers run defense is 4th in the league in fantasy points allowed to opposing team's running backs. Panthers run defense is just as good at 5th in fantasy points allowed to RB's, but Kelley seems a lock to get around 15 carries and I like Washington to score more against Carolina than I do Cincinnati against Pittsburgh.
