How the hell does she have the strength to not only carry those around, but also jump in the air??

She was the setter... Not required to jump...

After studying the picture for several hours, I noticed something:

What the hell is she doing with her hands? Is that supposed to be devil horns? Bunny rabbits?

 

I did some research, and it looks like Marshall is the "Thundering Herd". Herd of what, buffalo? I dunno, but it looks like this might be something they do with their hands:
