I guess they got Russel Wilson's salary paid by Denver this season, may as well get another QB
-
He had an excellent start in Carolina, but that didn't last...

Bengals trade Joe Mixon, expected to sign Zack Moss
polecatt replied to polecatt's topic in FFToday Board
Could be. Definitely should be some fierce competition for the starting RB spot. -
Vikings sign Sam Darnold to a 1 year deal after Kirk Cousins moves on to Atlanta... Justin Jefferson owners can't be too thrilled about this, but I guess it could be worse. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39712987/vikings-agree-1-year-deal-qb-sam-darnold

In one of the most fantasy relevant moves so far, the Bengals are moving on from Joe Mixon at RB and have apparently reached a deal with former Colts RB Zack Moss. Moss played very well last season in Johnathan Taylor's absence. I think he's a great replacement for Mixon. This could move Moss into the 2nd or even 1st round in some drafts. Will be interesting to see where Mixon ends up too. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39712401/cincinnati-bengals-release-rb-joe-mixon-reach-2-year-deal-zack-moss

Kirk Cousins to the Falcons https://x.com/NFL/status/1767256739458498755?s=20

He averages almost 17 ypc and 7 TDs a season. That makes him a decent big play threat and red zone target. Maybe he produces better without Diggs in front of him.
-
That's probably a good spot for him. His best role is the change of pace RB along with an RB like Spears. He's not a high volume RB.

Trade: Broncos Send Jerry Jeudy to Cleveland

Him and Deshaun Watson... That's gonna be a top notch offense -
Is a hero! He apparently stopped an old man from being beaten to death at a YMCA in Detroit. I know everybody remembers him for his one hit wonder season of 2007 in which he had nearly 1300 yards and 16 TDs. https://sports.yahoo.com/former-nfl-player-braylon-edwards-helped-stop-locker-room-attack-on-80-year-old-man-200114530.html

It's worked well for the past 17 seasons. You keep about what amounts to the same number as a starting line up, and more if you would like. Lets teams that need to rebuild do so while letting the good teams keep most of their players.
-
We keep a minimum of 8 players each season
-
Herbert is a strong candidate to break into the top 5 each season. Especially if they can get another decent WR or two
-
Chubb will be a player to watch this offseason. I have to think his days are numbered due to his injury history but he should have another good season or 2

All options are on the table
