I will just state this Trey Lance development. I don't think Shanahan bought in. Don't think he cared if the guy succeeded or not. Is clear isn't about development (like Green Bay did with Rodgers) Maybe he develops. There are a number of QB that have had a career. But maybe not of the franchise qb. Too early to know. Not enough data to go off on. Just state that pre NIL, he got his contract. not bad Health issues. Past 10 years that organization has had high skilled players constantly being banged up and not able to finish seasons. I don't know why 1. is it field conditions (a game year in AZ scary) 2. is it training 3. is it plays / play calling Don't know what it is, but happens more frequently there than anywhere.

Think the better approach is to assess the teams. Which ones are going to be getting offensive TD, say 3+ a game How do they go about scoring their points (big play, power, etc). How do they distribute the load. (do they have red zone specialists, do they feature a guy, etc) I don't see QB as part of a Stack. Nor would I ever shy from having a QB with any other position. Just as long as my assessment of the offense is on I have done the handcuff and then played the stacked. Or I have drafted a receiving duo and played them both Just matters who is scoring and starting whom you think will score most. Btw, there is not such thing as canceling points either. Unless you decide to sit someone who otherwise should starts and be expected to score most. Then you have canceled you own ability to win.

Burrow has me confused. If one knew his health situation, it would help with respects to Chase That stated, I am not certain that Mattison is the #1 asset in Minne So go JJ < play the guys you think will score you the most, but factor in consistency/likelihood. Don't let eggs and baskets scare you away. But do be concerned with injury reports.

Wee Paws I think has the order correct except for Kelce should be drafted closer to the third round. about same time as Diggs or Waddle is drafted. Move to Group B. I think Pollard and Barkley are in better situations of these RB listed . Pollard Hill Barkely Diggs Kelce

Thinking back to the pre-2021 draft. As reporters are trying glean information on whom teams will draft. I cannot help but to recall that Kyle Shanahan seemed to be part uncomfortable, part wanting someone else, part being talked into taking who they drafted. all the while thinking this guy doesn't seemed satisfied with whomever they have. Wondering when they are going to address health of their team (niners seemed to have such a recurring injury theme. do they lack competent doctors and trainers) I miss they days when NFL teams developed talent. When a QB was developed to start year 3. Hopefully Cowboys will do what appears the niners are incapable of. Niners are like school is in summer, No Class.

The reasons I am asking this question is based upon 1. Koo being a stud kicker 2. Atlanta scoring only 6 points by 2 FGs against a team with some uncertainty to it. 3. looking at this game. Seeing ATL starting out moving the ball for 2 series. Then devolved into 8 series where they either punted (6) times from their own end or failed to convert their 4th down (2) from their own end. Each series moving the ball less. Rather see interceptions and fumbles and penalties and failure to advance. So they have not passed all 4. Only questions is, is this a trend or a mirage.

Pick one, standard Diontae Johnson Christian Kirk James Robinson

Do you see Falcons offense this season 1. Failing to cross the 50 yard line 2. crossing the line, but not getting to the 30 yard line 3. getting to the 20, but no further 4. into the redzone, but not the endzone 5. Week 1 is an apparition. TD's are still the expectation

RB start 2, and possibly Flex Josh Jacobs - Starter Jamal Williams - Starter Damien Harris - Flex Joshua Kelley - Leonard Fournette WR's are Lamb - Starter OBJ - Starter Gallup FA option - would drop Kicker Carlson or Poo Frank Gore - ? Keelan Cole - Start/Flex Tim Patrick - Start/Flex Diontte Johnson - sit on bench AJ Dillion - sit on bench

Starting 2 WR, 2 RB and a Flex in Standard Beckham or Gallup Fournette or Jacobs From this list, WR or RB at flex

Thanks, will be a FAAB / late week FA decision for next week. Hopefully hesitation doesn't cost me a needed win this week -
Goff, imo, is RB dependent. Maybe is perception, but without a true RB1 workhorse. Goff is just meh

LAC - neither RB had a good week last week. Some RB need reps rather than shared reps to succeed. W/o Gordeon, this isn't a question GBP - A Jones didn't have a great week last week. Williams got opportunities. Williams imo is still rb2. Question is Rogers is more a slinger than a manager. However with injuries at wr, it could mean a 2 rb sets with one doing routes. Fan speculation of course, and HC / OC tend not to be that kind of flexible. Montgomery - Bears have a manager qb. Looking at these options and PPR I'd rule out Montgomery. Hasn't shown it to me Truly a coin flip, but I'd lean Eckler

Curious, your take on Lazzard or Auden Tate or Duke Williams
LunaTick posted a topic in FFToday Board
Tate has had some play this season Other two are relative unknowns that got a shot/did well last/first game
