Who would you draft as your starting QB?

I have the opportunity to draft either Delhomme, E. Manning, or Bulger....

 

My scoring system is as follows:

1pt / 50 yards passing

1pt / 20 yards rushing

6pts / TD

-2pts / INT

 

Who should I draft?

Delhomme. He is very servicable every week, and has Steve Smith and Meshawn to throw to this year. Bulger is hurt more often than not, and Eli will have a few bad games here and there.
