I would go with Ward and Williams. Ward and Miller are the only real weapons the steelers have. Duce is often injured, Parker, not completly sold on him, leaving Miller and Ward the primary weapons. Williams is due for a breakout season. He's put up solid stats without a QB throwing to him, and Martz's air it out offense, he should really thrive.
