being able to start LJ and Portis is pretty sick, but how Holt is still on the board is ridiculous.

I think the answer depends on who else you have (or think you can get) at WR. Portis carries some risk, but if you have Fitz and can get another solid WR starter, the opportunity to start 3 premium #1 RBs may be too good to pass up. If you have any concerns about WR quality down the line, Holt is probably the less risky option here...

Who else is on the board?

 

Even though you are only able to start 2 RB's, I still think RB if a top guy is left. If not, definitely go with Holt. You can pick up a 3rd RB like T. Jones, C. Taylor, etc. in the next round if you want more depth at RB.
