Going to the Hawks game today. 2 pm start. They got lucky the last game, but in all fairness they did play better both games than the Blues so they deserve a little luck. That open netter was insane and proved to be crucial. I cant believe there were goals by each team so quick after a face off and were basically from the same spot.

Very happy with the 2-0 start. Rinme playing well is huge for them.

Freaking Ducks trying to play cheap and goad Nashville into penalties. Lot of choppy crap after the whistle.

Minny is incredibly outmatched in this series. Nonetheless Lehtonen is playing great.. Hopefully we can take care of the Wild in 4 or 5 - get the team some rest bcoz the next series is gong to be intense.

(Explanation: after the final whistle in the Wings' game 3 win, Boyle decided to take a run at Abdelkader...who he and everyone else is well aware has his hand taped up from taking a shot to it a couple weeks ago, and thus is unable to fight with his dominant hand. Tampa radio and Boyle decided that Abdelkader's refusal to trade punches with an injured hand after the game had ended qualifies him as a p*ssy. Meanwhile, two Tampa players were jumping one Wings' defenseman, like real men. Oh, Abdelkader also would have been subject to a game 4 suspension if he fought with the tape on and caused Boyle to bleed).

Holy fock, I can't believe we hung on to win Game 6.. The Blues are kicking our asses all over the ice - it's clear the benefit of having big, strong defensemen... Lehtonen is going to have to play out of his ass again for us to have a chance in Game 7 - the Blues are going to be on full assault.
