Picked mine up (XBOX 360 version) at midnight last night... The GameStop I went to actually had wings, pretzels, all types of ###### for people waiting ( no beer though ). Ended up playin til about 6 in the morning. I really like it, though it is much different then past versions. Lots of new shlt to try and figure out.

Second Teen In Gang-Rape Case Arrested

The way it was worded, they might not have all necessarily raped her. It said something like "she was raped and beaten by all 10 teens." This could mean that they all raped her, or some did and she was beaten by all of them. Either way it's focked up.

    Question for weightlifters...

No, and no. Between that pointless babble and mumblings, the things that were actually aimed towards a response to the original question didn't make much sense or were incorrect. HTH That's true, but if you consider yourself a serious lifter, than the typical "one-a-day" or standard "multi" isn't gonna cut it. This is why I preach about the Animal Pak. It may be a bit pricey but it contains an assload of vitamins, minerals, etc that your body desperately needs when putting it through the abuse that we put it through every day at the gym. The standard multivitamin is for the couch potatoes. Hope this helps.

    Question for weightlifters...

Ha, I guess I should've reread. I guess he didn't have too much input besides referring a specific product he's had success with. My bad. No offense, but you seem to be very misinformed on creatine, and muscle building in general. Different creatines recommend different ways of taking them. What you're referring to is the "loading" phase followed by the "maintenance" phase, in which you take a larger amount for the first X amount of days, then continue with a smaller amount. Taking it for 4 (or however many) weeks then taking a certain amount of time off is what's called cycling. Creatine is not stored then released when you workout, and you don't have to burn it off in 4 weeks. Some creatines are continuous and you don't have to cycle them. What most people don't realize is that pretty much everyone takes creatine; it is in a lot of foods (mostly meats). Obviously taking it as a supplement is a much higher concentrated dosage but it isn't something that you "have to burn off". I'm not quite sure what you mean by "muscle-building weight." What creatine does, to put simply, is increases the water storage in the muscles. Some of the cheaper brand creatines may actually make you look and/or feel bloated. It helps with recovery after working out, as well as can give you more energy during a workout. When you do stop taking creatine, generally you will lose some of the size you put on, but as long as your diet and exercise routine are proper you will still have made gains in size and strength. You're not actually losing muscle, however, just the water being retained in the muscle. Because of this, you may look more "dry" and vascular, which is another bonus. HTH. (BTW, if you'd like to know a lot more, read reviews of different creatines, read personal experiences, etc. I'd highly recommend checking out the forums on bodybuilding.com. There's a ridiculous amount of helpful material there, and thousands of people that are glad to answer any questions.)

    Question for weightlifters...

Great site, generally where I always order from. They have very cheap prices, but I generally compare their prices each time with DPS nutrition because they often flip flop which one is cheaper. As far as proteins go, you can't go wrong with Optimum Nutrition or Muscle Milk. Just got the ON Gold Standard Banana Creme a week ago and it is AMAZING. As far as creatine goes, don't listen to anything that anyone else has said, except for GettnHuge. Creatines' effectiveness varies greatly person to person, but the main problem is that people don't follow the directions specifically enough. I've heard a lot of good things about NO Xplode but I'm not personally a big BSN fan. I would recommend Animal Pump, which you can find at bodybuilding.com or for about twice the price from animalpak.com. I've personally had a lot of good gains from that along with the Animal Pak.

The next 10 movies in your Netflix queue

I saw it the other night, and I actually really enjoyed it. It's about a topic that I've always found interest in, and was a really good portrayal of a Central American Indian tribe getting taken over by the Mayans. Also it was pretty gory.

    Underated Bands (In your opinion)

Blind Melon is one of my favorite bands, and they're definitely very underrated. The average person only knows "No Rain" when in reality they have many, many great songs. RIP Shannon Hoon

OK - Cougars in the 'bar scene'

I've had a couple "cougar encounters" over the past year or two. I can honestly say they were all quite good. The oldest was 38 (36C) and a very cute blonde woman, who when I first met I thought was 30 at the most. Another was 32 (36DDD - very very fun ) and she was pretty crazy in bed. She brought me back to her place from the bar, we smoked a bit, then she seduced me . There were a few others but not sure of all the ages... the first two mentioned were the most memorable. BTW, I'm 21.
  14. That took place about 15 minutes from me. I pass right by there every day on the way to work or my gf's house. Lots of people drive like focking morons on I-95, so I wasn't too surprised by this story. Too bad that lady had to die instead of that a$$hole driver.
