It's not like these speakers are sprung on people by surprise. The shiit's focking announced well ahead of time. If you don't like whomever is speaking, don't focking go. Hell, I skipped mine; I'd spent more than enough time and money with and on those fockers.

 

The forking campuses - First it was comedians (not exactly the most anti-libruhl bunch) that pretty much en masse said "STFUP - We just won't come - it's not worth the BS and the hassle and the protests you thin-skinned phags." - It's going to be speakers next - it's already happening.

 

I'm not talking about one event - or one side or the other. I'm pretty sure EVERY guest speaker these days has to go through some kind of sign-off process with the student council (or whatever). IF they get past the normal vetting, THEN you're given weeks notice that the speaker's going to show up (plenty of time to tell the family you're not going), THEN just STFA from Graduation. As mass boycott will have the same effect.

 

But no, you phaggots need your focking YouBoob moment. - So hopefully you can get interviewed on TV ("Hey! Maybe 'Ellen' will pay our student loans! YEEEEEEEEE!")

both are sad, obv not the same... Thinking about my own graduation, i don't even remember who gave the commencement. I was violently hung over after staying up all night, and the cap and gown was black, and it was like 95 degrees out with the sun beating down... I knew i had to go back to the dorm and pack up the rest of my stuff after. Was an awful day i just wanted to get through so i could go home and pass out.
