fantasy.commish 0 Posted June 28, 2007 We have decided to go ahead and start with 32 teams/2 Conferences. Check out the bylaws thoroughly......if interested....e-mail me !! Thanks I am starting a new contract cap league. Only the most active will be accepted. I am looking for owners that will visit the site on a regular basis and establish working relationships with other owners by regularly posting on the message board and chat board in a civilized manner. (No cussing) I am looking for owners that want run and build a team committing to at least 3 years. The league is in its initial stages with rules and bylaws being established. We will begin with anywhere up to 16 teams the 1st year. We have 3 owners committed with a potential 2 more. Here are some links. Read them completely...so that you understand them and the concept of the league. These bylaws are not completed. There will be rules added that require owner participation.
