Four payments at $19.95 (plus S&H), but if you order within the next 30 minutes, they will make the first payment for you...

I will guess roughly $100/SF per year, rounded up to $3 million.

24000 sq ft at $20 sq ft = $480,000/ mo X 12 = $5,760,000 per year

Worms seems rather testy this morning doesn't he? It usually takes me a cup of coffee and into the p.m. before I get all pissy. IGW came right out of the gate. :)

Been up since four. Had two cups of coffee already. Got locked out of my office while trying to finish up something that's due today. Left my car keys in the office too so I'm just sitting here like an @sshole waiting for someone else to wander in.

Yeah I'm testy

6mil. $20 a SF. No way you pay 50 a sf if you are taking the whole floor.

20 a SF would be 480,000

I woke up 30 mins early today and was focking freezing.

Genius baby momma left the heater on in the babies room with the door mostly shut and the babies room has the thermostat that controls the heat in the house

Was 71 in his room and 64 in the rest of the house

I knew I should've waited and not been the first to respond. It's like playing golf in a Captains Choice tournament, and being the guy who putts first every time so everybody else sees the line. I refuse to be y'alls Guiena Pig next time.

Well true. Maybe a better analogy would be the first guy on the Price is Right to bid. You never want to be the first guy.

Yeah, I considered the "$336,001.00!" bid, but it was too early.

That's cheap. Roughly $50 per square foot.

In Manhattan midtown is easily double that.
