2-point conversion

Maybe I'm missing it but I don't see the option of 2-point conversion in the scoring system in the Compiler.

 

Also what if my scoring system is that 0-19 yard FG is 1 pt, 20-29 is 2 pt, 30-39 is 3 pts, etc? There's no way to score it that way.

possible field goal solution - score FG as 1 pt, then 0-29, gets 1 bonus 'yardage point' 30-39 2 bonus pts etc. Doesn't cover FG at 18 & 19 yds as CC counts them in with 20-29 but I think that will do it.

I think T-Bird has this close to being the right way to set up your field goals. You can actually change the distance though. So for your field goal scoring as T-Bird pointed out score FG as 1 pt. Then move over the the distance box and start your low range at 20-29=1pt, 30-39=2pt, 40-49=3pt then just use 50-99=4pt

 

As for 2pt conversions I don't believe there has never been that option in the compiler, for the amount of 2pt converts they are pretty much a non factor in league scoring.

We haven't included 2 point converts in the Compiler past or present because they have such little if any impact on the player rankings. The cost (additional file size, complexity) is not worth the benefit (next to nil).

 

GD - You're not supposed to change the ranges for the FG distance box on the scoring tab. They aren't highlighted in yellow. The FGs are projected in each of the set ranges as stated on the scoring tab.

 

Just how many FG in a year are attempted under 20 yards? Can't be very many at all.
