Waiver Advice - Sanders or Parker?

Due to bye week and injuries, both Emmanuel Sanders and DeVante Parker have just landed on waivers. I'm already weak at wide receiver. It looks like both are out for this weekend but for rest of season who do you see as most upside? Also, between Cooper Kupp and Marvin Jones, who would you drop...I'm leaning on Kupp, although there is constant hype that he'll regain beginning of season form. League is non-PPR. DeVante Parker. Cutler is still a gunslinger and gives him more upside.

 

I would drop Cooper Kupp although I do not think it matters between the two as I hope you never have to start either.

Sanders, think Parkers problem is his head.

 

And I would also drop Kupp.

Sanders for 1 reason, he is the better player. He may be out a couple weeks....so if you need help now you have to choose Parker.
