Starting 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D (Pretty normal scoring 'cept 15 yrds for rush and 25 for pass rather than 10/20).

 

I picked up the Browns to cover the Ravens on week three, so I guess I could drop them in favor of another QB, but then what to do in week 3? I'm just not too sure about Bulger and Brooks... They are both 'so-so' QB's... David Carr is still on the free agency list so I could pick him up as another just in case...

 

It was suggested that I ditch Wiggens to pick up another QB. I'm pretty happy with my RB/WR line up, they are solid! Nugent should be fine and I won't need to cover him till week 9. McMicheal is good till week 8 and unless he gets hurt I guess he should do fine... Any thoughts? Brooks is looking good tonight, but who knows... its still pre-season.

 

*Yes, I had the first pick. And yes, I realize that the other ppl in my league made some STUPID decisions - as a result, my team is pretty crazy strong.

** I'm just not comfy with my QB's, I think that is a pretty big weakness and might cost me some wins during the season.

Agreed... He's looking okay tonight, but if he starts riding the bench I'm in trouble... I guess I can keep an eye on the wire and hope he makes it past week 3 then I can fill out with who-ever is hanging around! (I'll drop the Browns after week 3).

you're fine with Bulger as your #1. Linehan is the coach now.....as a coordinator in Minny and Miami he worked wonders...

 

only thing knocking Bulger is health....but this year Linehan will keep him healthy. Just need a bye week fill in for him and you're good.

You think Brooks will work for that? Or should I be on the lookout? As long as he keeps the starting job and he can put up some points... Maybe I'll pickup a 3rd in week 4 off the waiver or free agent list. Bulger is week 7 so I guess I've got some time before I need to worry.

You should think about starting Parker instead of Dunn.
