So he had a good game today. Apparently Sanchez overthrew him for an easy TD. But he lined up at the slot the whole game. Likely a sign of things to come.. Will this limit his upside? It's a little concerning I would think.

Lol... I didn't know Mr. Furley was Barney Fife. Hey man.. just saying that all the hype had me really thinking that I should consider keeping him. And yes, you make some well informed homer observations and provide some good facts. But at the end of the day, fantasy football isn't based on science. I've never heard of a football version of sabermetrics. I prefer the eye ball test. Maybe my eyes scrutinize more than others, but he hasn't passed the test for me enough to declare him the next big thing. Sometimes you have to go more with gut and instinct. And a few days after questioning my gut feel, I've decided to stick with it. Unless of course he rushes for 90 yds and a TD tonight lol... Btw... I'm not saying I won't draft him... but I won't be reaching for him.

So perfect... Since he did so well against a "stout" KC defense last year, then he should do the same tonight, and if he doesn't then we can call him a bust? Every year there's a handful of RBs that everyone thinks will be the next big thing. I'm just saying let's not go overboard by overrating an unproven guy based on two plays, and that plays for one of the crappiest teams in the NFL . I watched him carefully last year after that "breakout" game and I wasn't impressed. In fact, since I started him multiple times in my fantasy league, I was actually pretty disappointed. I had no desire to keep him this year but there seems to be so much hype for him, I'm just trying to understand why.

Well I'm really curious to see what he does this weekend, knowing he may not touch the ball much. But if he shows some spark, maybe it'll change my mind. I just keep seeing those TD runs vs KC last year and don't come away overly impressed. Well maybe impressed... But not impressed enough to think this guy is a top 12 back this season. Btw, in a 14 team $200 auction, I can keep him for about $22. But I'm thinking he can be bought for that much during the auction anyways.

You guys almost had me convinced he's not overrated until I saw this and my concerns just became validated. Don't think I'm keeping him now. Murray came right in and averaged 5.2 yards per carry despite averaging just 1.96 yards after contact per carry, as per Pro Football Focus. He averaged so little yards after contact per carry last season that his mark was lower than Alfred Blue‘s, which is a concerning stat for those who are hoping that Murray can be a good RB2 for them in fantasy football

Color me skeptical but aside from that 4 carry, 100+ yard game, has this guy really done anything to warrant so much hype? Has anyone not seen those highlights and notice how much room he had to run on that 90 yard TD? Even L. Blount could've scored that! Yes I understand his speed, size, strength etc match up with guys like Lynch etc... But just because he's an athletic beast, doesn't mean he turns into a top 10 RB, does it? And on top it off, he plays for the Black Hole piece of craap Raiders. For the record, I have him as a keeper option. Someone convince me please that this guy is the real deal!

Why bother worrying about injuries? It happens to every player and you can't predict it. If healthy, this guy will explode.. I've only heard positive when it comes to skill set. I think he's grossly underrated right now.

8 catches. Almost 100 yards. He led the team in targets. Coaches have been raving about him since off season. For a big guy he has some Mccoy like moves too! He will stay healthy and be a top 5 rest of way. You can book it!

I don't think he got enough credit for what he did last year. And look at his week one performance... 24 carries?? Noone in this league gets the rock that many times anymore. Could he be the steal of the draft?

NFLPA specifically said they are looking to overturn Josh Gordon's suspension. So irrelevant if it happened in March or not. My gut feel is that this is happening..

HIGHLY doubt he would play tomorrow. And even if he does, I would not start him. With that being said.... I HOPE TO HELL he gets at least a reduction!!!! Praying hard...
