You think its fair and/or collusion if there are 2+ blood-brothers in a fantasy league and they don't bid against each other if one of them is in trade talks with a third owner? Like such a practice takes a potential trade partner away from basically any other team in the league.

Personally, I think that's unfair. I can see how its collusion too. Like there are MLB court cases about how that is collusion. See Below.

" Baseball collusion refers to owners working together to avoid competitive bidding for player services or players jointly negotiating with team owners.

Collusion in baseball is formally defined in the Major League Baseball Collective Bargaining Agreement, which states "Players shall not act in concert with other Players and Clubs shall not act in concert with other Clubs." [1] Major League Baseball went through a period of owner collusion during the off-seasons of 1985, 1986, and 1987.

Historically, owner collusion was often referred to as a "gentleman's agreement".[2] After the 1918 season, owners released all their players – terminating the non-guaranteed contracts, with a "gentleman's agreement" not to sign each other's players, as a means of forcing down player salaries.[3]"

Before I can have an educated opinion on this riveting question, I need some clarification. Are you referring to Biological brothers or two individuals who have sworn a blood oath? I have no problem with bio brothers playing in a league together, but "blood brothers" that's a whole different level BS collusion possibilities.

Biological brothers.

What are their astrological signs? I think that makes a difference in determining the answer.

Definitely collusion. No blood relatives should EVER be allowed in the same leagues for fear of impropriety. In fact, nobody that's swapping any type of bodily fluid should be allowed in the same league as well: Husbands-wives, boyfriend-girlfriend, boss-employee bucking for a promotion or even you and your boyfriend. All should be banned...

*I* wouldn't get bent out of shape about your topic..

As another poster said - if you don't like what's going on, join a different league in 2019!

just do a tradeback.

In that scenario, you and another owner enter into an agreement in an effort to improve your teams and only your teams. Tradebacks meet that criteria.

Collusion only occurs when one player willingly hurts his own team to help another team.

People just quickly jump the the conclusion that tradebacks are collusion because it's a catchy sound bite. But when you think about it, that stance is illogical

Ignore all these silly replies. People here are just humorous. This question is of vital importance to the entire league and beyond. In all seriousness, my opinion is that

Not sure if it is technically collusion. I'd sleep with their wives and ask them.

why do you guys continue to feed the animals???

Well I'm actually proud of him for stating "biological brothers" rather than implying simply that the brothers are trying to cheat. Reverend Al can sleep in peace tonight.

So in the end, maybe it's collusion. I don't know. I didn't read the original post. :dunno:

Who is trolling who here? Seems like you're following me around like an iCreeper getting mad because I responded to a poster that was CLEARLY trolling all season with these bogus claims. Not a good look for you.

What would Jesus say about your trolling behavior? A lot less posting and more Bible study is what you need. Good Luck!
