Maybe you shouldn't have said he went for his 2nd before Ohtani was out. HTH

I didn't. Read what I wrote some 14 minutes after it was posted that he was out after 2 innings. Don't be an ass all of your life.

If I "attacked you" every time you post something, then I would have a lot more posts. Not sure if you are more paranoid or arrogant. :dunno:

Ed is like my retarded little brother. I can give him grief, but no one else can or I will defend him.

Poor Cueto, given up 2 hits in 7 innings and 1 hit in 7 innings, zero runs in both and got 2 no decisions. Where will he be in September? Not in San Fran.

He is really having a good season. Longoria, mccutchen, posey, pence "should" be providing enough run support, but we still see a lot of 0s, and 1s. Thought if they could remain competitive until bum and samardizja come back they would be fine.

How bad were the Dodgers in 1999?

How on earth was Chan Ho Park still in the game :dunno:

I was thinking as maybe "taking one for the team" because of an overworked bullpen... But they had the day before off and went 12 innings before that, so that couldn't be it...

1999? The second leg of the three peat. Yanks beat the Sox in the playoffs despite Rocket getting blown out. I was there. Right next to Peskys pole.

Would've been a damn travesty if the Mets ended up getting swept in that series, instead they put up a 9-spot in the 8th :music_guitarred:

Don't feel bad. The Red Sox had to wait 86 years.

Is it too late for Judge to hook Stanton up with his "Doctor"?

0 way to enforce it. Puts umpires in a bad position to have to play bad cop when Gary Sanchez wants to make that 7th mound visit in the 9th with 2 on and no one out. How do you stop him? Heard thr fines MLB can impose are laughable at best.

Should just have a pitch clock. Let the players cry but thr average time of a 9 inning game was something like 3 hours 15 minutes and just a fee years ago it was under 3 hours.

In a sport with little action, you can't have games dragging on that long. Baseball purists like to say "f the yonder generation, baseball is timeless", but he numbers don't lie and thise dinosaurs will be dead soon.

Judge fastest player to 62 homeruns in MLB history. Hard to believe he may have 100 by the end of his second year.
