Is the "Why did Pete Carrol call a pass there?" thing proof the NFL is fixed?

Recommended Posts

Yes, Pete Carroll threw the game because... jeebus, I got nothing. This thread is stupid even by your standards. :dunno:

Pete Carroll just got too cute and had a terrible brain fart. Either that or he let Andy Reid call the last play.

He wanted to force the pats to call a TO to matchup with the 3WR set so they could run 3 times.

Belicheck owned him by not calling a TO and making Carroll 'burn' a play.

He was actually trying to get Lynch an extra attempt. But he won't admit that Belicheck outsmarted him and put him in a bad spot. Absolutely no reason to put out that personnel package if you aren't trying to force them to call a TO

Well, a reason would be to get the Pats to match on defense and run Lynch against it. Not saying BB didn't win the chess match, just saying there was a reason to do it that didn't involve forcing a TO.

Ok, fine .. Russel Wilson is not that stupid, or poorly coached. if the idea is to force a TO, if you don't get it, you throw it away. Dumb waste of a down, IMO. Seems obvious to just about anyone, the clock keeps ticking if Russel Wilson just runs with it and doesn't quite get there. Might still force the TO. If that's the thought behind the play, those are the options, but you don't even really want the TD on that play. To throw it, over the middle and try and get the score ... it's beyond stupid.

Well, you are an idiot to imply that the NFL is fixed because of the play, and an attention whoore for starting a thread on this idiotic idea when you could have posted the above in any of the existing threads on the topic of that play call. So you have that going for you I suppose. :dunno:

yes ... this thread is all bout MEEEEE and my keen sense of observation! There are no other issues that suggest cheating in the NFL besides this one play.

Dude ... you have anger issues.
