Nice. Would of been better if he scaled the wall like that to make the catch. Still impressive

Bo is the best athlete I have ever seen. We were spoiled as kids to have seen him in action. Jim thorpe is the closest thing the world has ever seen to BO.

Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, even Brian Jordan played 2 sports.

Remember Neon Deion taking the helicopter to make Braves Playoff games?

Good times.

We definitely grew up during the greatest era in sports.

Meh.

Donald O'Conner was a freakin' sissy dancer and he did it years before Bo did.

ff to the 3:10 mark.

It was a road game, were you in Baltimore or watching live on TV?

I saw Bo and Deon each score a TD and hit a home run. Saw Jordan hit a dinger.

Lifelong Auburn fan. Bo was standing on the sidelines about 20-30 yards from me for most of this game. I was in row 12 on about the 20 yard line in the corner where Davis scored the TD.

That was a pretty good day.

Freak of nature.

We will never know if there could/would be another.

No team would allow this now.

Christ, in MLB, they take a kid that hit .400 at collage and pitched and pigeon hole him into either pitching or hitting.

Deon only hit 39 homers in his career. Lucky you to see one.

Maybe it was one of his 43 triples and they over threw 3rd base when he wasn't looking?

With the amount of Yankee games in attended in the 80's and 90's it's weird I missed any of them.

While we're at it, this is even bigger and it happened 38 years ago today: July 12, 1979. This was the first nail in the coffin when the fine upstanding rock fan citizens of Chicago did Western Civilization and all of Planet Earth a favor by killing disco.

In the spirit of CMH, I was a seven years old Detroit Tigers fan watching this live on TV. I'd not been aware of the greater significance of killing disco, no. I may have even liked the Bee Gees when I was seven. Anyway, at the time, I was just happy that the Tigers won the first game and were awarded the second game of the doubleheader by forfeit. Games never end in forfeit so the memory stuck with me. The greater significance of what happened that day was lost on me for years.

My MLB app alerts me of a Mets or Res Sox HR before the player rounds second base.

I saw Clemens (live) smoke a single up the middle against Norm Charlton

DH took the field and Clemens had to hit.

We went nuts as a crowd
