The best written episode was EP2 and that was the one NOT written by Bennioff and Weiss. I think they may need to let Dave Hill write a few more episodes.

Benioff and Weiss are the show runners and wrote the 1st and 3 episodes so far this season. They seem to be the ones doing more of the stuff you are referring to. I'm saying maybe they should hand more of the writing off to guys like Hill who apparently penned "That's what I do, I drink, and I know things." compared to their Dothraki frat brother act.
