Start 3 (McCoy, Lynch, A Williams, Randle or A Smith)

I need to start three RB's. Two starters plus a flex. I know Lynch and McCoy seem to be the obvious picks but I really think the Cards will shut down Lynch. My other choices are back-ups possibly filling in for hurt starters. Could be lightning in a bottle. What does this board think?
