Trade Offer. Need some help here. I have the following being offered to me in an 8 team, Non-PPR. We start 2 RB, 2 WR, and 1 RB/WR Flex I get A. Rodgers/D. Martin I give A. Foster/J. Flacco That would leave me with the following roster: QB: Rodgers/Romo RB: Lynch/R. Bush/D. Martin/M.Leshoure/SJAX/B. Tate WR: AJ Green/R White/D. Thomas/DHB/N. Washington/James Jones Worth the deal? I am very tired of Romo/Flacco performance as this league is 1 pt/50 yds passing and the QB gets -1 pt/sack

Thanks guys....I think I just needed a voice of reason! WW requests submitted, now we wait and see.

Do I trade Matthews and Steve Smith (panthers) for Forte and Dez Bryant?
slaveofdagov replied to eaglesfreak's topic in A Little Help!
I agree! Forte in PPR is a stud...what he doesn't do on the ground he makes up for catching passes! -
I would do it! I know everybody is down on CJ right now but take the chance, he should bounce back! Also, yes AJ is great but Houston is having trouble scoring TDs in the Red Zone! Once Austin comes back you should be good to go with WRs. I prefer RBs over WRs any day! Thanks for answering mine!

OK, it is risky but I say go with Romo! I know the WR corps behind Dez is kinda weak and that they played bad in the WAS game.....too many mistakes by young WRs. BUT, don't you think it was an eye-opener for them and they worked (I mean really worked) on it during practice this week? If the the two young WRs can get there hot routes right, they should do fine this week b/c I expect Romo to be under alot of pressure and Dez to be doubled! Just my two cents!

Here is my conundrum! 16-team, nonPPR league and I only have two RBs! Start 1QB, 2WR, 2RB, 1W/T Flex, 1TE. Line up looks like this: QB: Stafford, A. Smith RB: AP, R. Matthews WR: Dez, M. Wallace, D. Jones, J. Ford, D. Alexander, P. Garcon TE: B. Pettigrew, E. Moore Trying to figure out who to trade in order to strengthen my RB core (ie: fix my bye week issue), or if I even need to make a trade. Would it be wise to trade one of the stud RBs and one of my WRs for a Tier 1 WR and two solid RBs??? Or do I bite the bye week bullet with my RBs if I can't find any fill in RBs on the waiver wire? The league does give points to players for return yards. Current options on the WW are: Bush Woodhead Lynch Goodson Kuhn Stephens-Howling Lewis (PHI) If I should make a trade, who to target? Thanks!

Driver. I like Mason and Hou is giving up some good points to WRs but MIN is giving up more. MIN should try to shut down Jennings (hope they are unsuccessful as I have Jennings on my team) thus giving Driver more opportunities. Now the question is, will Driver be able to capitalize? Thanks for mine.

Pick 3 - M. Moore/Andre Johnson/Colston/Jennings
slaveofdagov replied to sbas2k's topic in A Little Help!
Moore (RB) v Indy : Parker is out this week and Indy is giving up an average of 27 FFP / game to RBs Jennings (WR) v MIN : Jennings is a stud and MIN is giving up 19.8 FFP / game to WRs Toss-Up between AJ and Colston AJ (WR) v BAL: BAL is giving up 16.3 FFP/game to WRs. Plus Sage is the QB in HOU right now, how will that effect the game. Upside is that, Houston will probably have to pass the ball alot as they will be behind. Colston (WR) v. ATL: ATL is giving up 18.9 FFP/game to WRs. Colston has been cold since coming back from his injury. He has 5 rec for 82 yds since coming back; however, one of those rec went for 49 yds so he is explosive. Brees will spread the ball around but as a previous poster mentioned, this game should be a shoot out, thus alot of balls will be flying around. -
I would pick the same group of starters....the only thing I would be concerned about would be Moore v IND. Is Parker out again this week? Is Big Ben out this week? Those would be the questions rolling around in my head. I think your WR picks are solid and they should go off this week.

Wheel and Deal or Take my Hand from the Cookie Jar?
slaveofdagov replied to slaveofdagov's topic in A Little Help!
Thanks for your responses guys. Yeah my TE spot is pretty weak. At one time I had Tony Gonzalez but was offered the following trade (during week 7) and thought that it was too good to pass up: My Team Gives: Tony Gonzalez (TE), Leron McClain (RB), Steve Smith (WR) For: Greg Jennings (WR), Steven Jackson (RB), Billy Miller I immediately dumped Miller and picked up Fasano off the WW wire....now I have Schiancoe. Schiancoe has been a "steady" performer over the season producing 1 Breakout Game, 4 Quality Games, 2 Average Games, and 1 Costly Game. His SOS looks favorable all the way until WK 17 (championship game....if I make it that far) as he is (favorable match-ups in green): WK10 v GB WK11 v TB WK12 v JAX WK13 v CHI WK14 v DET WK15 v ARZ WK16 v ATL WK17 v NYG I could go back and try to get Tony Gonzalez from the team that traded me in the first place but I think he might ask for too much. Here is his roster: QB: Peyton Manning, Marc Bulger RB: Adrian Peterson (MIN), Tim Hightower, DeAngelo Williams WR: Calvin Johnson, Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, Roy Williams, Santonio Holmes TE: Tony Gonzalez The TEs out there on the waiver wire at the time of this post are: Tony Scheffler (DEN) Alex Smith (TBB) David Martin (MIA) Daniel Graham (DEN) Billy Miller (NO) Marcedes Lewis (JAC) Donald Lee (GB) None of these guys really peak my interest (however both Alex Smith and David Martin have a little easier SOS). Thoughts? -
I'd go with Pennington. Over all he has been the most consistent performer of the bunch. Here is the breakdown: QUARTERBACKS Costly Game = < 14 points Average Game = 14-19 points Quality Game = 20-25 points Breakout Game = > 25 points Pennington,Chad 0 Breakout 4 Quality 1 Average 3 Costly Edwards,Trent 0 Breakout 0 Quality 6 Average 2 Costly Rosenfels,Sage 0 Breakout 0 Quality 2 Average 0 Costly Delhomme,Jake 0 Breakout 2 Quality 3 Average 3 Costly Hill,Shaun 0 Breakout 0 Quality 1 Average 0 Costly Here's a link to mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332258

Seriously???? Nobody wants to chime in? -
Brian Westbrook vs. NYG - NYG is giving up 12.3 FF points / game to RBs and 20.1 FF points / game to WRs so far this year. Westy is a stud RB and also heavily used in the passing game, he is a must start!!!! Michael Turner @ ATL - ATL is giving up 19.8 FF points / game to RBs this year DeAngelo Williams @ OAK - OAK giving up 27.7 FF points / game to RBs LenDale White @ CHI - CHI giving up 17.4 FF points / game to RBs Mewelde Moore vs IND IND is giving up 27.0 FF points / game to RBs Gotta look at the QB situation as well.....Big Ben or Leftwich....will PIT be force to run more or will they be able to mix it up nicely???? I think you have to start Westy and then choose between the other to players I have highlighted. Here is mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=332258
